Khysandra is a dedicated member of our therapy team who specializes in anxiety, coping skills, and enhancing self-esteem. She is committed to supporting a diverse clientele, including adults and teens, through their unique mental health journeys. Khysandra integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Narrative Therapy, DBT, EFT, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to provide holistic, effective support tailored to each individual.

CC—formally known as Cecilia Chau—is a valued member of our therapy team specializing in Humanistic, Mindfulness-Based, and Narrative Therapies, as well as Art and Creative Arts Psychotherapy. With a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, she creates a safe, compassionate space for healing. CC supports adults, couples, teenagers, and seniors(65+), tailoring her methods to help clients reclaim their narratives, process trauma, and build resilience.

Vidhi Joshi is a dedicated member of our therapy team, specializing in EMDR, Trauma Therapy, and evidence-based approaches to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and life transitions.
