My approach is rooted in trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practices, integrating evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, IFS, and mindfulness to support emotional regulation, deepen self-understanding, and build resilience. I also draw from somatic and mind-body approaches to gently reconnect you with your body and its wisdom—especially in moments where words fall short.

I meet you where you are and walk alongside you, offering tools, insights, and gentle guidance while honoring your voice and pace. You are the expert in your experience—my role is to support your growth with curiosity, compassion, and respect for all that you carry.
Being an immigrant myself, I understand the complexity of identity, transition, and belonging. I hold space for your full story—including the parts that have gone unspoken—and help you move forward with greater self-awareness, confidence, and connection.
